Refund & Returns Policy
General rule: Except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you a right to cancel, return, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer want the item, or prefer a different product.
Where local law requires a return or cancellation right
If the law that applies to your purchase gives you a mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, or no-reason return right, Vunari will honor that right for the period and on the conditions required by that law. Any statutory exceptions also apply.
- European Union / EEA and United Kingdom: eligible distance purchases generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You must notify us within the statutory period. Unless the law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning a non-defective item.
- Mainland China: eligible online purchases generally have a 7-day no-reason return right from receipt of the goods, subject to statutory exclusions and product-condition requirements. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping for a no-reason return.
- Other jurisdictions: if your local law provides a mandatory return, cancellation, or cooling-off right, that mandatory right will apply even if it is not specifically listed on this page.
No change-of-mind returns where not required by law
In countries or regions where applicable law does not require us to accept a change-of-mind return, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, sizing/fit preference, accidental ordering, duplicate ordering, or similar non-defect reasons.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have if an item is defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Where applicable law requires a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy, we will provide the remedy required by law. If we confirm that we sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover reasonable return-shipping costs where required.
Return conditions
For any return accepted under applicable law, the item must be returned in the condition required by that law. Where legally permitted, we may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item's nature, characteristics, and function. Products that fall within a statutory return exception are not eligible for change-of-mind return.
How to request a return
Contact us at xiaoyurousongbing@gmail.com before sending any item back. Please include your order number, the delivery country or region, the reason for the request, and photos or video if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Do not send a return to any address until we provide return instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. Processing time after we issue a refund may vary by bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
