Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through vunari.store. Shipping availability is determined by the destination options available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Our current shipping rates are:

  • Standard Shipping: USD $8
  • Free Standard Shipping: available on qualifying orders of USD $70 or more, as calculated at checkout
  • Express Shipping: USD $15

If a rate shown at checkout differs from this policy because of a promotion, destination, system update, or other valid adjustment, the rate displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to that order.

Order Processing and Delivery

We aim to process orders promptly. Processing and transit times can vary by destination, product availability, carrier operations, customs, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout, in an order confirmation, or by a carrier is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly state otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates are supplied by the carrier and may occasionally take time to appear.

International Orders, Taxes, and Duties

International shipments may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees, customs charges, or other government assessments. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them as required by local law. Customs processing can also affect delivery time.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but address changes cannot always be made after fulfillment has started. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Split Shipments

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number or delivery.
